Service Request

Service Requests are normally attended to within one week, depending on area and parts required.

STATUS REQUEST: if you require a status of your service request, please email us at service@barbitec.com 

We cover Yanchep to Mandurah. (Travel surcharges may however be applied in certain circumstaces)

Servicing applies to the Perth Metropolitan Area only (including Rockingham and Parts of Mandurah) however installations are restricted to certain Areas. We do reserve the right to charge for estimates given for Installations, assemblies are charged on a normal "service"  time basis. Payment is required at the time of service, we accept Cash, Cheque or Direct credit, at this time we do not have EFTPOS facilities. In most circumstances we require authorisation before work is commenced. All payment is subject to Barbitec's Standard Terms & Conditions.

Unlike other Companies our Call-Out fee includes the first half hours labour.............................................

We will do everything that we can to fix your BBQ but in the event that we cannot due to parts availability or age of BBQ, we still have to charge a call out, but you do get our expertise, professionalism, and knowledge, knowing if we cant fix it nobody can!..Ross Y

Callout fee $99.00 (includes 1st 30mins labour) then $25.00 per 15mins or part  (plus any parts required)  GST is not Included. Prices are reviewed every 6 months. (1/7/10)
