About Barbitec

Barbitec services, repairs, installs, converts and assembles most types of Barbecues.

Ross Yarranton formed Barbitec in December 2000 has over 30 years of experience in the LPG and Natural Gas Industry, Ross operates the business with the help of Brian, Peter and Lee, who are also fully qualified and licensed Gas fitters. Brian is Supervisor of Technical Services. Lee and Peter are Approved Installers for Barbitec. All have their own business's in their own right. With the added bonus of Lee being fully qualified also for Water and Sewerage Barbitec can now install BBQ Module sink units as well.

Barbitec can advise on which Barbeque may suit your needs and can install it for you (installations subject to Area and Technician availability)

We can convert most Barbeques to Natural Gas or back to bottled gas (LPG) depending on the manufacturer. Don’t forget not all Barbeques can be converted. Conversions are carried out at the customers premises and commissioned to their houses Gas supply.

Barbitec carries out servicing, installations, conversions (subject to convertability)  and repairs for all Barbeques from $150.00 to $8000.00 and upwards, both in-built and trolley, LPG (bottle) Gas and NG (mains gas) We give the same service whether you have an expensive BBQ or an inexpensive one. Same service, same price!

We offer an on-site consultation service to advise on your area and which BBQ is best for you, and whether your area will conform to local regulations, this especially applies to New Alfresco Areas.

We advise on Barbeque Cooking, Cleaning, Assembly, Installations and General Maintenance.

We can supply and obtain spare parts for most major Barbeques* and certain Patio Heaters* Ring us if you cant get the part....if we cant get it its either not made or out of stock!!! Ross Y
