Terms and Conditions:

Payments for any class must be paid in advance and received prior to the class; payments at the class WILL NOT be accepted apart from  purchases of the book, Aprons etc. which may only be by cash or cheque on the day.

Payments are non-refundable, unless we are advised of a “no-show” at least 48 hours before the class, and then a new date must be booked. A further cancellation or “no-show” by the client for any reason will result in forfeiture of monies. Any cancellation by us for any reason will cause the date of the class to be moved to another date. Money will be fully refunded to clients on a one-off basis if this date is inconvenient or any other date is unsuitable. Should class numbers fall short of expectations the date will be moved to the next available date, this being the case all clients will be informed and a message will be left at the last given contact number. Barbitec accepts no responsibility should a contact number be invalid or any message left not be received.
